Ann was wife of the late Armitage Micklethwaite. Ann's son John William married Mary Ann Healey Poole and their daughter Annie married Albert Ellis and their son Harold married Margaret Foxton. Peter Cardwell married Ann's daughter Blanche, and was head gardener at Crow Park. Pat Sleight was a friend of the Ellis grandchildren. Bobby Riley was a neighbour of Ann's. Caroline Lockwood nee Poole was sister to Mary Ann Healey Micklethwaite.
